Thank you for choosing Packio BD () for your premium packaging and food-grade supply requirements. As a primary provider of wholesale packaging materials and custom-printed pouches, we maintain rigid quality assurance standards.
Please review our operational terms regarding returns, replacements, and refunds below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or process replacement items strictly within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of product delivery, under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to compromised side-seals, broken zipper locks, faulty layers, or dimensions deviating significantly from standard industrial tolerance.

Incorrect Orders: If the delivered sizes, materials (e.g., transparent vs. aluminum foil), or product categories do not match your confirmed invoice details.

Transit Damage: Packages severely damaged by courier handlers prior to your acceptance.
Mandatory Requirement (Unboxing Video): To prevent audit disputes, clients must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showcasing the original packaging label and the package faults clearly. Without this verification, claims may not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Custom Printed Orders: Any pouches, sachets, or e-commerce boxes featuring your custom corporate logo or brand-specific dimensions cannot be refunded or cancelled once production starts.

Altered or Used Items: Products where bundle sets have been opened, split, or filled with items cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or cash refunds if a client decides they no longer need the items after structural shipment dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect or packing mistake on our part, Packio BD will bear all domestic shipping/courier collection costs.

For arbitrary exceptions authorized by management, the buyer will be responsible for covering both way logistical costs.
4. Refund Methods and Timelines
Once returned products arrive at our verification center and undergo inspection, refunds are settled via:
